Francis Kurkdjian is considered one of the most celebrated perfumers of our time. At 24, freshly graduated from ISIPCA, he creates as a trainee Le Mâle for Jean Paul Gaultier, one of the best selling men’s perfumes over the last 20 years. At 30, he is the youngest perfumer ever to receive the Coty Award for his “entire career”. He is now behind more than 40 blockbusters for luxury fashion houses and designers.
He is famous for introducing perfume into gigantic artistic installations in Paris, Versailles, Florence or Shanghai.
At 39, Francis Kurkdjian received the “Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres” honor from the French Minister of Culture.

Each product is passionately created by Linda and bottled and packaged by hand in her London workshop. The Ormonde Jayne perfumery opened on 30th November 2002 in London’s Old Bond Street.
In her own words: “In creating Ormonde Jayne, my goal was to combine elements which I consider define true elegance: The quality of English craftsmanship, the art of French perfumery and the sensuality and natural harmony of the Orient.”
